A complete list of Spanish speaking islands

This article is a WIP, some country's Islands have not yet been covered!

During the depths of the COVID19 pandemic, I got dreaming of a better life. A life of palm trees, beaches and crystal clear waters. Since I'm studying Spanish, naturally it'd be a spanish Speaking island... But, I couldn't find a list of islands that speak Spanish. So, I compiled one to better assess my options! See below:

Argentina

Argentina has control over many islands. And it also has disputed claims on many more.

For the purpose of this article I'll keep it short and to the point. We're only really interested in lush beaches afterall...

Here's a complete list of Argentinian Islands, incase you're interested.

Bolivia

Bolivia is a land-locked nation, but there are a few lake-islands on lake Titicaca:

The weather's not bad either between October and November, but generally it's pretty nippy because of the high altitude.

Chile

Chile has a huge collection of islands, but they're all cold and wet. Much like my home country... So I won't bother with most of them here. But, if you're interested here's some more info

Isla de Pascua (Easter Island), Chile.Isla de Pascua (Easter Island), Chile. [source]

Easter Island is an interesting one however. An island with good all year temperatures, but it also has a unusual history and was featured in a Tin-Tin book. Does it get much cooler than that? It's a bit hard to get there though as it's way out in the Pacific Ocean.

Some of the other Chilean Islands of interest include: Chiloé Island in the north of Chile and Robinson Crusoe Island + Juan Fernández Islands which are in the Pacific.

Peru

Peru doesn't have much to offer in the way of large islands, but it's got a few smaller ones. One of it's more interesting Islands is called Isla de San Lorenzo.

and, similar to Bolivia it has a couple of lake-island on lake Titicaca:

Venezuela

Venezuela has many beautiful islands, but unfortunately it's in a bit of a political pickle right now. So it's probably best avoided. However, some of the islands look so amazing they'll need to be featured here!
